Help shape the future of our Community Garden!

As another growing season comes to an end, we'd love to hear your thoughts!

Thanks to the amazing efforts of our volunteers, we've had some fantastic harvests, built a new brassica cage and enjoyed some brilliant activities, especially those involving our younger gardeners. There's been lots to celebrate!

But it's also been a challenging year. We've faced record-breaking temperatures and said a sad goodbye to the wonderful Helen, who played such an important role in planning and caring for the garden.

It's got us thinking about how we can build on our successes while making the garden more resilient, easier to maintain and even more enjoyable for everyone.

We’ve recently received funding for a solar-powered watering system for the polytunnel thanks to Chippenham Town Council, and we're no longer responsible for weeding the patio. Both should help reduce the workload.

Tell us what you really think!

We've also got some ideas for 2027, but before making any decisions, we'd really like your input!

Whether you're a regular volunteer or have only popped along once or twice, we'd love to know what's worked well, what we could improve and what you'd like to see next year.

Please complete our short survey that should take around 5–10 minutes to complete. All questions are optional, and you can remain anonymous.

Please note: This survey is specifically about the community garden, rather than Rooted's wider activities, such as the tree nursery, bat walks, community orchard or community fridge.
